New Maintenance Contract

We are glad to inform you that ZKTeco Europe will be offering a  new technical maintenance service for partners from January 2016.

This is an added value service, with which our team can help in ensuring you can offer your customers the highest quality solutions, and long term post-sales assistance. Apart from numerous added services that we offer with the maintenance, it extends our hardware warranty to two years.

Please know that we continue to offer our standard 1 year warranty, with our RMA and support ticketing system to all of our partners who choose not to hire this service. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you again of the latter system, that for all companies that purchase hardware and software through ZKTeco Europe, and require support, we kindly request you submit a ticket though our online help desk: http://support.zkteco.eu - detailing your issues, and our team will  attend to you in the shortest possible time frame. We thank you for your understanding that due to our limited manpower in our technical department we cannot offer direct technical support by phone.
