Compatibility Issue: Windows 11 & BioCV Security

We have identified a compatibility issue between the latest Windows 11 update and BioCV Security, causing disruptions in key services, including:

  • BioPlatform Core
  • BioPlatform Cache
  • BioPlatform Database

Additionally, in some cases, certain .jar files have been removed from the installation path:

/Program Files/ZKBioCVSecurity/service/zkbiosecurity/lib/jar

Our Response

Quick Fix

If your ZKBioCVSecurity version is 6.0.0 or later, the solution could be quite simple:

Open C:/Program Files/ZKBioCVSecurity/Services and run as administrator repair-services.bat.
