Warranty & RMA

ZKTeco Europe provides a three (3) years product hardware Limited Warranty to purchasers of ZKTeco Europe products, which entails all Green Label, T&A and Access Control standard lines, Entrance Control including Parking Barriers, Metal Detectors and small readers. This warranty does not cover accessories, such as cards, tags, cables, locks and power supplies. 
All ZKTeco Europe warranties begin on the commercial invoice date. All warranty claims must be submitted before the expiration of the warranty term. This warranty is non-transferable.  

Product Repair Services RMA

This is an exclusive service for ZKTeco Europe partners.
Should you wish to make use of our Repair Services or Return material, first you need to create an account.

How to open an RMA Request or RMA Ticket

Once you have registered, you will be able to request Support or create RMA tickets. We inform you that to guarantee your security and the perfect operation of the service, access to this new platform is protected by user/password.


In the RMA option you can choose:


If you fill out the RMA Request, you will be provided with a RMA Form / Return Form (.pdf file) and reference number. Once we receive this request, we will check and confirm the status of the warranty and send you back the approval.

Shipping & RMA Form

Upon receiving this approval, you will need to print the RMA Request .pdf file document with the assigned number on it and attach it to the exterior of the parcel so our logistics team can identify it correctly upon arrival.

In case of DOA, we will order the pickup. For Repair and Return, you will need to send the devices to the address we will provide you. You’ll receive notifications in any stage of the repair since the device arrives to our warehouse until the shipping back.
